Our members know first hand of the tragic loss experienced after a sudden death.
We hope the books suggested here will be helpful to those dealing with the pain of grief.

We also encourage you to seek out other available resources such as CD's, books on tape, relaxation therapy tapes, videos, etc..  These resources can bring you comfort, peace, insight and information.  It is important that you take care of yourself  by reaching out for the resources available locally or via the Internet.  A wide variety of grief resources can also be ordered from www.centering.org or by calling 402-553-1200 for a Centering catalog.  NADA/F members should ask for free shipping on their first order from the Centering Corporation.
