{"id":1780,"date":"2012-08-14T09:56:36","date_gmt":"2012-08-14T14:56:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/planesafe.org\/?p=1780"},"modified":"2016-01-02T16:13:00","modified_gmt":"2016-01-02T21:13:00","slug":"25th-memorial-of-the-northwest-flight-255-aviation-disaster","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/planesafe.org\/?p=1780","title":{"rendered":"25th Memorial of the Northwest Flight 255 Aviation Disaster"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Thursday, August 16, 2012 \u2013 late evening<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ky Dickens will be at the Memorial site about <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">6:30 pm<\/span> to discuss the documentary<strong> <\/strong>film <a title=\"SoleSurvivor\" href=\"http:\/\/www.solesurvivorfilm.com\/\"><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Sole Survivor<\/span><\/em><\/a> which will be completed soon and will premier early 2013. Ky is the Director and Writer of the film which focuses on four of the 14 sole survivors from major aviation disasters.\u00a0 The film includes Northwest Flight 255 and Cecelia Cichan, the sole survivor.\u00a0 It is a sensitive voice of victim\u2019s experiences, and an honest face to survivorship.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The Northwest 255 Memorial site is on the embankment of Middlebelt Road at the entrance to I\u201194, east of Romulus, Michigan, just east of Detroit metropolitan Airport. There is a traffic light just prior to the embankment.
